The problem

One of the key success factors for the independent and privately-held schools is managing its own resource in a highly competitive arena. The major challenge in managing a school resource is the high competition, the overwhelming details and the high rate of change.

In addition to the resource management need for success, most of schools either public or independent are suffering from the communication effectiveness with parents. For all workers in the education field, it is known that healthy and effective communication channels between parents and schools in K12 stages is essential for a achieving the goals of education and character building.

The solution

In response to the mentioned challenges facing schools in our region, Binary Works built its School Management system in 2004 and since that date the system regularly receives major and minor enhancements.Currently the system is composed of two major parts; the web part acting as the front office of the school and the desktop part acting as the back office of the school.
