Established in 1998 in Tanta (100 Km north to Cairo) under name of FACS by Dr. Ahmed Roshdy, at that time the company was working as an offshore development software house for bigger entities and those organizations who are looking for affordable tailored software solutions.

In 2002, the company moved to Cairo to gain better exposure to markets and customers. At that time the founder, has been introduced to a major regional investor who showed much interest in acquiring a good share of the company as he could visualize the future of the company.

In 2003, the company became a private joint stock company with focus on the software platforms and programs that serves the education sector particularly the undergraduate.

In 2006, the company established a new strategy which extends its focus towards the postgraduate and the professional training industries. Moreover, the company opens its product portfolio to include products from other companies that does not compete with our products while allowing our offerings to be richer and more complete.

Today the company owns a selling subsidiary in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi while having a unique network of integrating and selling partners in Manama, Doha and Oman.
